Thank you again for
your interest in Cowgirls Unlimited. If you are interested in booking
a party with us, there are several options to choose from. It is
always best to reserve your party as soon as possible.
Bartenders (Labor) Only:
Please allow us a
minimum of 3 days to book your Bartenders. If you have everything you
need for your bar but missing the labor, we can be there for you.
Whether you need one bartender or multiple bartenders, our large
selection of staff is on hand and waiting to let you enjoy every
memory-making
moment of your party. This service will be charged on a “per hour,
per bartender” basis.
Full Service Bar:
Cowgirls Unlimited,
Inc. specializes in packaged or customized Full Bar Services. These
options are both available to you as an “OPEN (Hosted) BAR” or as a
“CASH BAR”. You let us know what you want and we’ll take care of it
all. Please allow us a minimum of 2 weeks to order and prepare for
these types of services.
OPEN (HOSTED) BARs
We can customize any
order and tailor to all your alcohol requests. Liquor, beer, wine,
margaritas and specialty drinks are all available in any brands and
containers of your choice. Premium, Mid-range and Well brand liquors;
Keg, bottled or canned beer; House wine or choice, specialty wine;
Frozen margarita machines or on the rocks. With our hosted bar also
comes the non-alcoholic choices such as sodas, bottled water, mixers
and juices to be accented with our condiments of lemons, limes,
cherries and olives.
CASH BARs
For the past 2
years, Cowgirls Unlimited, Inc. has retained the proper licensing and
insurance liabilities to conduct cash bars for all special events in
all venues for San Antonio and the entire state of Texas. Being “The
Original Bartending Service of San Antonio and Surrounding Areas”, we
are the first bartending company to obtain and maintain the proper
rules, regulations and insurances requirements listed by the TABC
(Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission).
This option requires
a one-time fee for hire, and then we provide any and all choices you
wish to have available to your guests during your special event.
